Draft: the website is delivered as a static site through Upraft, the operator's own self-hosted platform. Forms go through the operator's form service to SubKit for processing. The SubKit workflow uses Gmail for email. Provider agreements, retention periods, regions and transfer safeguards will be reviewed before launch.

• Local preferencesLanguage and appearance automatically follow your browser and system settings; no preferences are stored for them. Your versioned privacy choice and the form session's request ID and timestamp are stored in the browser, but no form contents. You can delete these details through your browser.
• Optional analyticsGoogle Analytics 4 is prepared but completely off without an ID, in preview and before your consent. Sanitized page visits and selected actions are measured only after production approval, configuration and consent. No advertising, form entries or user IDs.
• Consent and withdrawalWhen available, analytics is optional and initially off. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time in the footer; further measurement stops and controllable GA cookies are removed. This does not retroactively delete data already transmitted.
• Google and cookiesWith consent, Google Analytics may store cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. Transfers to third countries are possible. Specific provider agreements, transfer safeguards and retention periods must be added and reviewed before activation.
• Locally hosted fontsFonts are served by this website itself, not by third parties.
• FormsYour browser sends email address, name, message or task, language, request ID and timestamp to the operator's form service at forms.mikebild.dev, which also runs on Upraft. It validates the details, stores nothing and forwards them as a signed form event to the operator's SubKit instance (subkit-api.mikebild.dev). There the SubKit website workflow processes them. No newsletter.
• Processing through SubKitThe SubKit workflow uses Gmail to send an operator notification and a fixed acknowledgement in your language to you. This email does not repeat your free-text message or task description. Google receives the data used for these emails. Confirmation on the website indicates acceptance by SubKit, not email delivery. Beta requests are reviewed; the acknowledgement grants no access and contains no access link.
• Protection against abuseThe form service discards requests with a filled-in check field or an implausible fill time and limits the request rate. It logs only the form, request ID and outcome, no form contents. The signature protects the origin of the handoff to SubKit; it does not encrypt the details.
• Local request identifierTo prevent a status check from triggering a duplicate handoff, the browser stores only the request ID and timestamp for the session. Form contents are not put in browser storage for this purpose.
• Hosting and your rightsThe website is delivered as static files through Upraft, the operator's own self-hosted platform (upraft.mikebild.info), on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When you visit, access data may be processed in server log files (IP address, date/time, requested page, referrer, browser/operating system). Images and fonts are served by the website itself. Specific agreements, regions, retention periods and legal bases remain to be confirmed. For access, correction, deletion, restriction or questions about your data, contact the address above; your right to complain to a data protection authority remains unaffected.
